Boar (nBr/BrBr)
A lighter or darker marking that resembles the markings on a baby boar. Boar has three parts to it.
◆ Recessive may cover:
- The barring may be in 3 zones
- The gradient may fade into a fourth zone slightly
Design notes:
◆ Should be thick bars on the design, that may have tapered edges or irregular edge patterns [do not make them too complex]
◆ The gradient below the barring is optional however:
- If gradient base is present, the barring must have an outline
- If gradient base is not present, you may choose to include the outline
- Gradient must be a clean smooth gradient;
- Barring may be solid or faded and can have textured edges;
- The outline can be thick or thin, but should be solid, blurred, or textured, the barring base may blend into the outline.
◆Edges may not be mixed and matched in style.
◆ Can sit above all markings except markings that always above [tobiano, etc]- Sable, roan, and ray may sit above the bars and below the gradient
- When affected by a color mod mark, the color mod may affect all portions of Boar, or just parts [i.e. only the gradient, or only the outline, etc]
